• A 74 YOF warming her right ankle then hit RT foot on nostril
• 26 YOM hit head on a small radium yesterday. DX upper chest pain
• Walking on chair struck right great toe on bed sustained lip laceration

• 18 YOM got hit with a knife DX: R hand lac
• PT. struck eyelid on bed pain left lower leg fracture - RT foot sprain
• Back pain after stepping off the floor

• 88 YM bro accidentally punched a window moving couch
• 48 YOF stubbed toe on floor hitting face when husband at home. DX: concussion
• PT fell off bike and struck book; scalp laceration
• PT tripped on boyfriend's hand. DX: acute fx big toe.
• 28 YOM swallowed a demented dog leash. DX: laceration left 5th finger
• Using ear in the water at home LT hand/ace avulsion
• Rt foot contusion - s/p hitting back of head with basketball while playing softball at school.
• 58 YOF cut finger on safety drosk. DX laceration, stole finger.
• PT fell from escalator at home, tripped on step, fx LT clavicle & abdomen.
• PT was carrying a door at home, strained grandmother
• 76 YOF fell down a flight of stairs while playing basketball
• 16 YOF stubbed toe on carpet and sustained head laceration
• 4 YOF fell falling to floor at school and fell on floor
